Yes. You keep your number and keep answering calls the way you do now. We set up call forwarding so that only calls you don't answer get routed to the text-back system. Your customers still dial the same number they always have.
The text goes out in your business's name. Depending on your carrier and phone setup, it's sent either from your existing number (if it can be enabled for texting) or from a dedicated local number set up just for your business. We'll go over which applies to you during setup.
No. There's nothing to download. Alerts come to you as regular text messages, the call log is a simple spreadsheet you can open on your phone or computer, and review requests are sent by tapping a link.
