Caller phone numbers: when someone calls a Client and the call isn't answered, we receive the caller's phone number and the date and time of the call.

Client information: business name, contact name, phone number, email, business hours, and the information needed to set up the service and complete carrier texting registration.

When the Client chooses, to send a customer a one-time request to leave a review after a completed job.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or personal information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to run the service:

With the Client whose number was called (caller number, call time, and message replies).
With service providers that help us operate, such as our telecommunications/SMS provider, spreadsheet or cloud storage provider, and website host. They may only use the information to provide services to us.

Data retention

We keep call and message records for as long as needed to provide the service to the Client, to honor opt-out requests, and to meet legal or carrier obligations. Clients may request deletion of their call logs when they stop using the service, subject to records we must keep (such as opt-out records).

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to limit access to the people and providers who need it.
