Program name and description

Bayou Callback Missed-Call Text-Back is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] d/b/a Bayou Callback. Businesses ("Clients") use it to respond to callers they were unable to answer. When you call a Client's phone number and the call isn't answered, you may receive an automated text message sent on that Client's behalf, identifying the business and offering to call you back (for example: "Sorry we missed you, this is [Business]. Reply 1 and we'll call you right back.").

Clients may also use the program to text owner alerts to themselves and, after completing a job for a customer, to send that customer a one-time request to leave a review.

How you opt in

Texts are sent only in response to a phone call you placed to the Client's business number. By calling the business, you initiate the conversation, and the reply text relates to your call. We do not send texts to purchased lists or to people who have not contacted the business, and we do not send promotional or marketing messages to callers through this program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Typically you will receive one text after a missed call, plus a short confirmation if you reply. If the business completes a job for you, you may receive one review request message.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you won't receive further texts from that business's number through our program. If you want to receive messages again, reply START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We use your phone number and message content only to operate this program for the business you called. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Eligibility

By calling a Client's business number and texting with that business, you confirm you are the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you called from.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
